Who We Are

Dylan Frost, Senior Vice President

Dylan Frost is a seasoned Capitol Hill strategist with more than 13 years of congressional experience and a proven track record of legislative achievement, coalition building, and execution of complex policy initiatives.

Dylan began his career on Capitol Hill with his hometown Member, former Rep. Tim Griffin of Arkansas, rising from Legislative Correspondent to Senior Legislative Assistant. In 2015, he joined Congressman French Hill’s office, where he spent the next decade advancing to Legislative Director and Deputy Chief of Staff, while building an extensive record of legislative and project-based accomplishments.

As Legislative Director, Dylan successfully managed Rep. Hill's policy portfolio spanning foreign affairs, defense and national security, homeland security, immigration, trade, agriculture, energy, natural resources, and transportation and infrastructure. He successfully advanced stand-alone legislation and broader policy initiatives requiring coordination with House leadership, congressional committees, federal agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Among his notable accomplishments, Dylan led efforts that preserved a critical classified intelligence facility at Little Rock Air Force Base, ultimately securing a permanent mission for the site after it faced potential closure. He also spearheaded a nearly decade-long effort to relocate a Federal Aviation Administration VORTAC radar near the Port of Little Rock, coordinating with local, state, and federal officials to overcome regulatory and bureaucratic obstacles and bring the project to completion. In addition, he helped establish the first bipartisan congressional caucus dedicated to supporting the families and victims of Americans wrongfully detained or held hostage abroad.

In January 2025, Dylan joined the House Financial Services Committee as Director of Member Services and Coalitions under Chairman French Hill. In this role, he managed member engagement and coalition activities across the Committee, serving as the primary point of contact for off-committee members, House Republican leadership, and industry stakeholders. He also coordinated closely with committee colleagues in similar roles across the House of Representatives. Dylan directed the Committee’s whip count operations for the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 and the INVEST Act — both of which received unanimous Republican support and significant bipartisan backing.

Dylan holds a Master's degree in Statecraft and National Security Affairs with a concentration in National Security and Defense Studies from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
