SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Dylan brings more than 13 years of public policy experience in Congress, with a proven record of advancing complex legislative priorities and delivering results on bipartisan initiatives.

Before joining PhronesisDC, Dylan served as Director of Member Services and Coalitions for the House Committee on Financial Services under Chairman French Hill, where he managed member engagement, coalition strategy, and whip operations for major committee legislation, helping to advance significant bipartisan measures through the House of Representatives.

He previously served as Legislative Director and Deputy Chief of Staff to Congressman French Hill, managing a policy portfolio that included foreign affairs, defense and national security, homeland security, immigration, trade, agriculture, energy, and transportation and infrastructure.  

During his House tenure, he secured numerous stand-alone legislative victories and successfully navigated policies through larger legislative packages requiring close coordination with House Leadership, multiple committees, federal agencies, and industry stakeholders.
