Who We Are
Jack Wilkinson, Vice President
Jack is a government affairs professional with strong expertise at the intersection of financial services, tax, and technology policy. He advises a diverse set of clients — including financial institutions, fintech innovators, and national trade associations — helping them anticipate policy developments, engage effectively with policymakers, and achieve strategic outcomes in highly complex regulatory environments.
Before joining Phronesis DC, Jack served as a Vice President at a multi-client government and public affairs firm, where he played a key role in supporting clients’ federal advocacy efforts. He is known for his analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to deliver timely, practical assessments that inform critical business and policy decisions.
Jack previously served on Capitol Hill, where he developed deep experience in the legislative process and financial services oversight. As a Financial Services Fellow to Congressman French Hill (R-AR), then Ranking Member of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance, Jack supported the Subcommittee’s leadership through policy research, stakeholder engagement, and hearing preparation. His work contributed to committee testimony, legislative markups, and the advancement of the Congressman’s financial services priorities, while coordinating closely with House Financial Services Committee staff.
Earlier in his career, Jack worked for Congressman Alex Mooney (R-WV), managing a broad legislative portfolio spanning economic, business, and science policy. His work strengthened relationships with federal agencies, industry groups, and local stakeholders, while advancing district and committee objectives.
Jack began his career in Washington, D.C. after earning a degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
